Order Processing Time

  • Standard Orders: All standard orders will be processed and dispatched within 1 week of purchase.

  • Next Day Delivery: 1-2 Days - We offer next-day delivery for customers who need their cookies in a hurry. Contact the team at sales@westbakes.com to organise.

 

Delivery Times

  • Standard Shipping: Typically, deliveries are completed within 3-7 business days from the date of dispatch, depending on the destination.

  • Next Day Delivery: Orders placed before 12 PM (noon) local time will be delivered the next business day. Orders placed after 12 PM will be processed the following business day.

 

Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the delivery method and destination.

 

Refund Policy:

  • Due to the nature of these products, unfortunately we cannot accept returns or refunds.
