How do I place an order?

OPTION 1. If you would like to pick the contents of your box:
Add individual cookies to the basket and check out, they will arrive packed and boxed together. We recommend choosing 4, 6, or 12.
If you would like to order multiple boxes this way, please see the FAQs lower down this page.

Chose the selection box and chose your required number of cookies for a hand picked selection of cookies chosen by us.

Question 2

When will my West Bakes order arrive?

Accepted Answer

Our current turnaround is between 7-14 days, thank you for keeping us incredibly busy. 
If you require your order sooner, or you would like it to arrive on a specific day, please contact us and we will let you know. 
We will always try our best to post our products as soon as possible!

Question 3

How long will my order take to arrive?

Accepted Answer

All orders are shipped using Royal Mail first class which takes 1-2 working days and quite often will arrive the following day.
Royal mail do not deliver on Sundays.

Question 4

How long will my bakes keep?

Accepted Answer

Everything we post comes with a 5 day freshness guarantee.
This means once your order arrives the bakes will remain fresh for 5 days - if they last that long!

Question 5

Where shall I store my bakes?

Accepted Answer

Our cookies are fine to be stored at room temperature and should not be placed in the fridge as this will dry them out. 
If you can, put them into an airtight container, this will keep them fresh even longer!

Question 6

Do you cater for allergies?

Accepted Answer

Our products contain wheat, gluten, soya, milk and eggs. 
We do use some chocolates especially for toppings which are NOT suitable if you suffer with a nut/peanut allergy. 
All products may contain traces of all types of nuts/peanuts/tree nuts.
If you have made us aware of a nut allergy prior to ordering we will do our best to cater for this however as always, all products may contain traces of nuts/peanuts/tree nuts.

How do I order multiple boxes if I want to individually pick the cookies.

If you would like to choose the contents of the box and require multiple boxes:

1. Please choose the contents you would like for the first box and checkout
2. Repeat step one for any other boxes.
