About West Bakes Cookies

 

Every great cookie has a story and ours began in 2020, inside the small kitchen of our one-bedroom apartment in Surrey. With a shared love of baking and a dream to create the perfect New York style cookie, Lewis and Yasmin West turned their passion into what would soon become West Bakes Cookies.​ What started as trays of homemade cookies baked for friends and family quickly grew into a nationwide craze. Today, we’re proud to run a thriving bakery business built on love, hard work, and a lot of cookie dough.​

Five years on, West Bakes has grown from a home kitchen into a team of ten, now operating across two sites in Surrey including our own commercial bakery producing more than 10,000 cookies every week. Along the way, we’ve baked and sold over one million cookies across the United Kingdom, and even shipped to the United States, United Arab Emirates, and Europe.​​

Our cookies are supplied to cafés, dessert parlours, national distributors, and major franchises, with wholesale cookie deliveries stretching from Devon to Scotland. We’ve had the privilege of working with incredible brands like Sky, Warner Bros, British Sugar, and Bauer Media, but our heart will always be with the customers who supported us from day one.​

Every West Bakes cookie is handmade using the freshest, highest-quality ingredients. Thick, chunky, soft, gooey, and perfectly balanced, each cookie is baked to bring joy in every bite.
